Expect 3-5 business days for the product to be delivered.
Refunds, Returns, and Cancellation Policies:
The deadline for a return/refund is 30 days after the merchandise has been purchased. The customer is responsible for any expenses associated with the return shipment. A full refund of the purchase will be given upon arrival of the product to our warehouse.
In the event of the merchandise being damaged during shipment, a picture must be taken of the damage and sent via email to Info@ecoflushtoilet.com within 3 business days of the shipment being received. Once the damage is assessed, we will send a replacement expense free to you.
Cancellations must be made within 2 business days of when the order was made.
